28 Jul Mixed Ceviche
Mixed ceviche, as the name suggests, is a ceviche made with a clever blend of different fish and seafood. It is considered the best ceviche in all of Peru because it includes both seafood and fish, offering a variety of sensational flavors that will delight your family.
Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of Spanish paprika
1 sprig of fresh cilantro
3 stalks of celery
1/8 unit of white onion
1 3/4 cups of lime juice
2 packets of shrimp seasoning
400 grams of fresh fish fillets
2 bags of frozen mixed seafood (calamari, shrimp, snail, and octopus)
1 red onion
Preparation:
Place the garlic cloves, paprika, celery, white onion, 100 grams of fish, and shrimp seasoning in a blender and process until smooth.
Then pour into a container, straining it through a sieve, and refrigerate.
Next, in a large bowl, pour the remaining fish into cubes along with the mixed seafood, the remaining lime juice, and mix. Add the tiger’s milk and onion, serve, and enjoy.
